A Traveling Filmmaker’s Dream: Why Our CAME-TV Boltzen Perseus is the Only Light That Flies!

We've created a solution that combines pro-level soft lighting with a genuine carry-on footprint. Our CAME-TV Boltzen Perseus Travel Lights aren't just portable; they're engineered to travel and solve the biggest headache in run-and-gun filmmaking!

Our goal wasn't just to make a small light; it was to create a lighting system that is engineered to travel as easily as your camera body. Traditional light mounts stick out awkwardly, wasting huge amounts of space in your case. We designed the Perseus's yoke to collapse completely flat against the panel face.

We've engineered every feature for professional results, combining CRI 96+/TLCI 97+ color accuracy with a built-in SMD soft panel that eliminates the need for bulky softboxes. Thanks to the low 55W power draw, you can run these fanless, silent units for hours on V-mount batteries, making them perfect for all-day remote shoots.

Spotlight – Boltzen Perseus 2X RGBDT 150 Watt SMD Soft Slim LED Lights

Our CAME-TV Perseus 150w RGBDT LED Lights have 2 groups of LED's within them - RGB and DT. For the color range of 3200K to 5600K the DT group of LED's will illuminate with a high CRI of 98. When choosing a color range below 3200K or above 5600K the RGB and DT groups of lights will illuminate with a CRI of approximately 94. By adding the DT group to the RGB LED we are able to maintain a high CRI throughout most of the output.

Currently, these light are available in a 2-kit found here - Perseus 150w LED Light.

Our CAME-TV Perseus RGBDT Travel lights feature a unique yoke that allows them to fold flat, making them easy to stack in a Pelican 1510 and 1535 hard cases. The RGBDT LED lights have 2 groups of LED's for the color range of 2000K to 10000K and the Daylight group of LED's will illuminate with a high CRI of 98. By adding the DT group to the RGB LED we are able to maintain a high CRI throughout most of the output!

Lighting is a huge part production and finding cost effective, durable and portable solutions can be tough. LED lights have unlocked so many new possibilities for us and this 75 Watt, soft, bi-color, LED panel from @cametv has become one of our favorite solutions for run-and-gun projects.⁠
With a 160 Watt V-Mount we get big output for over 2 hours. I think it might be time to pick up a second copy or possibly her bigger brother the 150 Watt.⁠

The Perseus RGBDT lights have new technology were we add Daylight and Tungsten LED's to the RGB LED Light Panel. The RGB LED's can display Red, Green, Blue and can adjust to any color. When attempting to simulate Daylight or Tungsten, the CRI value drops. By adding both Daylight and Tungsten LED's to the RGB LED's we are able provide both 5600K (Daylight) and 3200K (Tungsten) while maintaining a high CRI. Combining both the RGB with Daylight and Tungsten we have created the name of RGBDT.
